It's not hard to convert lights from the US. I've ordered my bedside lamps from the US and they've converted them for me and included everything I need to install it (wall box and transformer). DH is an electrician so he has checked it over for me. I'm also about to order my main feature light from the US (16kg of wow factor!). I'll have that converted on our shores, it's not hard to do.
