These are my sterile labratory test. LMAO
No.. In fact they are tested at home with a bit of creativity to position at the height I expect to install them.
Our current kitchen is 2400mm Ceiling Height.
Our new home will have 2600mm Ceilings downstairs and 2400mm upstairs.
I initially just hung the downlight over the rails of our kitchen light but that wasnt really high enough to give a true feeling, so I removed the diffuser from the fluro and zip tied the downlight inside that lol.
You can see the exisiting kitchen downlights. These are retro fitted with LED globes.
The Brightgreen DL is 5000K with a 55° beam. Initially I thought the ceiling was a bit dark but then when I compared to the exisiting horrid downlights in our lounge they were not bad at all. Seems I have been living with a very dimly lit ceiling for years haha.
The first video shows the Brightgreen in action in our kitchen. 1 downlight and I am quite impressed.
The second video pans from the existing halogen downlights to the Brightgreen.
Excuse the shaky video as I'm trying to turn switches on and off as well lol.
