I have bi-fold doors in my new house which I'm building. Would you please advice which company did the fly screen installation for the bi-fold doors? Does that fly screens installation has to be completed while the bi-fold doors are fitted or can be done after handover of the house? Thanks in advance. Retractable and pleated screens are ideal for screening bifold doors. If you are are still in the building phase it would be good to know more about the finish of your doors so that you can decide whether the screens should be installed with the doors or whether you have get them retrofitted. General rule of thumb: If your doors are going to be recessed into the floor then talk to your builder about the screens now so they can work with the fly screen installer. The last thing you want is to have to cut into your flooring. If no rebating is required then the screens can be retrofitted at a later stage.
