Also want the led long tube style for my garage and workshop. All suggestions and help appreciated. I am in Perth btw and am comfortable with online or bricks and mortar purchases. Cheers Mark Re: Kitchen LEDs 2Jan 08, 2014 3:54 pm Hi Mark, Being an electrician for over 15 years, I have seen many kitchens with fluorescent tubes, but would have to say, that its quite "dated" Although there are new models now, that look a lot better, we can also recommend PANEL LIGHTS, which can be used in all rooms, especially kitchens, and are available in LED. These look a lot nicer, and are very bright. Of course there are other models also.
