My BIL is our electrician so we were able to get the Saturns at a ridiculous price ![]() ![]() Re: New range from Clipsal! 86Apr 22, 2009 7:30 pm I love those glass switch covers. I saw them some months ago at one of their displays. It looked so good. I just have the standard plastic covers. Can these easily be changed to the slimline covers? The only switch I don't like is the 5-gang one, I think that looks ugly. In one place where I need a 5-gang I am installing a 6-gang instead. Thanks everybody! Re: New range from Clipsal! 92Jun 09, 2009 6:17 pm ok!!! i just bought a 3 gang one. its funny, the two whole salers i went to dont stock the full ranger, although they can order them in.... I went for ocean mist, because i have pine panelled walls and ceilings and black would just look stupid. the Ocean Mist Colour looks good, but im not sure that i want the BLUE LED lights to light up. its just gonna look SO out of place considering that I have pine timber panelling. Does anyone know if any one makes the similar switch but with a softer LED light, such as orange, or brown, or yellow?? Re: New range from Clipsal! 93Jun 09, 2009 7:44 pm ![]() Does anyone know if any one makes the similar switch but with a softer LED light, such as orange, or brown, or yellow?? You can get them with no LEDS at all I think. JB Re: New range from Clipsal! 94Jun 11, 2009 5:59 pm yes you can have LED's off completely, but i want them on. Just not blue. Decore is pine pannelled house, not modern, so the sharp modern BLUE colour just isnt going to work. The ocean mist design though, very good, modernises the light swithc without clashing. Re: New range from Clipsal! 96Jun 17, 2009 7:25 pm ![]() Can anyone recommend a wholesaler in the eastern suburbs of Meboune with a good range of the Saturns on display? Thanks. Finding display areas for this stuff seems a bit of a pain. There was a decent clipsal display at the home ideas centre on princess hwy in clayton. Otherwise clipsal themselves have a showroom near the city, I've to get there myself yet. Can find the details on their website somewhere. Just asking because we purchase some Saturn switches in the white today, but I'm thinking whether I should have gone for the 'mist'. Your wall colour seems similar to mine.
