The rest will be slimline. It cost a small fortune to upgrade off the standard allocations from the builder (which is never enough) but overall very happy with Clipsal and their range of options. Now we just need to get the house built ... Building the Caprice33 by Provincial Homes. Some of ours are a bit non-standard! Thanks JB Hi JB, Unfortunately the labels can't be customised, l wish you could!! as we too have some non-standard ones. So for these ones we either left them blank or used the ones that just had a dash on them. Cheers Re: New range from Clipsal! 108Sep 29, 2009 5:42 am thorney James Bond Thorney - they look great, we are having the same ones, the white ones. Can the labels be customized at all do you know? Looking at this website http://electricaldirectltd.co.nz under the clipsal saturn section > modules > engraved switches down the bottom it notes "NOTE: Other words are available at a $5 per word nominated plus $7 per cap printed, e.g. WASTE, M/WAVE etc" Re: New range from Clipsal! 110Sep 29, 2009 4:01 pm I'm only doing the saturn powerpoints in the kitchen to match the splashback so won't need labels but does anyone know if you can get labels for their other ranges? I want to do the slimlines for all light switches and labels would be great! The clipsal website is light on actual detail and rather heavy on flash marketing heh Re: New range from Clipsal! 111Sep 29, 2009 8:02 pm prolly best to put your LED post in another thread buddy as its nothing about Clipsal Saturns ! Unfortunately the colour of Ocean Mist just stands out really bad and we would much prefer Pure White. Is it possible to JUST order the face plate in pure white? How much cheaper is this then the whole switch/face/backplate? Argh such a hassle though Is there a cheap place I might be able to pick these up from after handover? (just the faceplate?) For those concerned about unlabelled buttons, the dynalite buttons can be custom labelled for about $15 per entire keypad. They however work on a Dynalite control system so if you are looking for a CBUS alternative at a comparable price, give them a look. http://www.dynalite-online.com Re: New range from Clipsal! 115Nov 11, 2009 8:00 am Do you use or sell the product Grego ? * Are we there yet ? So we needed another that both looked great, and had the capability to take on the most demanding of control requirements. Dynalite really impressed us as the controls looked good, the components are robust, and the flexibility impressed us. So we switched... I don't want to say anything bad about CBUS because we also sell it but there were a number of reasons why Dynalite was the better choice. One thing I did forget to mention is the colour of buttons and backplates of the control pads are completely customisable, so you can order colours to suit your colours/design. Glass, brass, that checker plate look etc. Dynalite is used in domestic installations... and has also been used for larger installation such as the Beijing Olympics, and the largest building in Dubai. Impressive for a company that started in Sydney. Am I waffling? A person needs to be licensed to offer financial advice. Surely the accountant you use would have been chosen for his/her expertise in this field. Have you asked your… 1 6682 Is there a building permit? RU in Victoria?
