Konjso, do you know how old &/or comprehensive that matrix might be?
I've called our lighting supplier today & asked if he can find out whether their Pierlite or Clipsal or Sunny branded LED downlights are compatible with "hats"; and he was going to get back to me today but didn't. I don't see any of these brands in that list.
Note these are complete light modules, not globes to try & fit into existing housings; hence there isn't actually an air-gap past which warm air will "trickle" like water through a colander, instead we'd just be losing radiant heat through the holes in the insulation rather than warm air carrying heat away as it flows through gaps. Hence I'm sorta wondering how important it really is; but would like to "hat" if we can "hat".
