And I imagine it would be a bit of a pain to thoroughly clean, but I'm also thinking to give it a weekly dusting with one of those long soft hairy thingies in bright colours ... just to make it survive between proper washings ... I hated them. Just dust magnets. To look good I think they would have needed at least passing attention once a week. My new theory is that you should never get these sort of things unless you're rich enough to also afford the weekly cleaner to maintain them. Do the hard jobs first.
