Just scanning the web for some lighting ideas and came across these! I can just imagine the conversation with the hubby "But hunny it is on special for $12,000 US - you can't get a bargain like that every day" :lol:

Forget the US then DeeElle, check out the range at http://www.customlighting.com.au/ in Melbourne.

You might save a couple of thousand at least.... Plus they have an outlet store.

Love their range. See how you go....we'll probably like the same stuff anyway. :wink:

Here's a suggestion to everyone who's still reading this starting to stray from Creative Lighting Thread.

Take it in turns each year to surprise your loved ones on your anniversary.

Do it on a tight budget.

That makes it all the more challenging and it helps to make you think ???? hmm how can I surprise and impress my loved one on that budget !!!! :roll:

Anniversaries and birthdays are special things - so make them special for each other - and keep the spark alive.

X-mas is the same.

AND

Now back to the lighting.

Has anyone seen something they think would suit a high ceiling, 3.5 to 4 metres raked to roof exposed beams with LED or CFL.

This is for a large room which is 5 metres by 6 metres with one window in it.
