Re: bedside lamp for little girl's room 23Jul 29, 2010 6:25 pm can't think of a code for his CC It starts with A and is in 'scray (more secret western suburbs code sorry) Oh, I'd forgotten about Sweet Valley High, they really were very bad. I used to love some of those soppy, American teenage romances......what a shame life never turned out like that I could have been a cheerleader and married to the football star that is so far from how things really turned out Re: bedside lamp for little girl's room 24Jul 29, 2010 6:45 pm This went a bit off topic, didn't it! I used to LOVE the Sweet Dreams series of books! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sweet_Dreams_(novel_series) And can still remember reading (and crying to) P.S. I Love You. If I ever found another copy I'd buy it...and probably be mortified at just how bad it really was!! My Daughter loves the Rainbow Magic series, and I couldn't tell you how many she has! She also loves reading the 'Go Girl' series as well...thank goodness for libraries, I say! AND thankfully, I don't have to listen to them! My Son is now onto the chapter books too and thinks Zac Power is pretty spesh! OK, carry on...where were we? Henley - Wilshire Mk 3 ... I love my house!! She has also started eying off the Saddle Club series and I had to tell her that reading them is as close as she will get to having a horse Sorry for keeping this off topic Re: bedside lamp for little girl's room 26Jul 29, 2010 8:31 pm that's ok it's my thread and I'll take it off-topic if I choose albi I think I know the A one... CC is in Y Stormy PS I love you was one of my faves too!!! I used to read ALL of them, Janet Quin-Harkin was my favourite Sweet Dreams author. I just put a few breakables on my DD's desks and was worried about the breakage thing. I put a big blob of blue tack on the base of the item so that it would help to stop it toppling over. So far so good... www.themaxbuild.blogspot.com forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=20717&start=300 www.leahspaperpassion.blogspot.com Re: bedside lamp for little girl's room 29Aug 01, 2010 8:09 pm joles I wouldn't be concerned it looks too old, I'd be worried that it looks quite easy to break if it was knocked over. It's very girly and cute though. I’ve similar lamps in my room, they wont break, they are only plastic, not glass or Chrystal Perfect!! Re: bedside lamp for little girl's room 36Aug 01, 2010 9:03 pm good idea! was also just thinking that the words "quick" and "trip to ikea" should never be used in the same sentence! Re: bedside lamp for little girl's room 37Aug 01, 2010 9:59 pm Ther's no quick trip to IKEA. I have been twice in the last week and going again on Wednesday . It's a 45 cmin trip each way. THere is a vortex vacuum that sucks you in as you enter and spits you out at the other end. Highly addictive. DD's bling chandelier light is plastic Donuts.
