Browse Forums Lighting + Lighting Design 1 Apr 16, 2010 7:44 pm Hi Just renovating my apartment at the moment, and its come to the time where I have to think about what kind of lighting I want. I am not planning on putting in spot lights as that would be too much work, and so currently have thinking about using flush lighting in most of the apartment. The two areas which I am slightly more hesitate to use flush lighting is the dining area (which is not a separate room), and also the bedroom. I am partly renovating this apartment to sell in the near future - so what do people think about using flush lighting for the whole apartment ? Or do people think its nice to have some pendant lighting in some of the areas i.e. dining / bedroom? If you want something to point out to guests.. install painting spot lights, or install led lights in the floor.. THATS classy feature lighting! get some nice white downlights, install them throughout. get 2 or 3 pendants for the island bench. perfect. i hope this helped Electrical - Automation - Smart wiring - New homes - Commercial - Data cabling] 1300 050 315 www.cenemelectrical.com.au www.facebook.com/cenemelectrical Building Standards; Getting It Right! 1. optional, you can but normally just use the earth from the main switch board 2. should be enough but the distance determines voltage drop - sparky should work it… 1 28817 I have a really long hallway which is 1100mm W x 11500mm L I would appreciate if anyone can give suggestions to light it up with Linear LED lights that goes from wall to… 0 8820 What?
