A 13W to 15W CFL will do the same job, but these are not common (yet). You can get CFLs that plug into a GU10 socket, which is the one used for 240V halogens, but these don;t really go above 11W and are ineffecient. A better green friendly option is a R80 bulb at 15W, but these are a different light fitting. They need about 10-20 seconds to fully warm up but I am satisfied with them.
