Browse Forums Lighting + Lighting Design 1 Aug 25, 2009 10:39 am We had intended to have one of those DIY oyster light fittings that have a movement sensor in them as our porch light. However when we went to get one ( bunnings) we were told that there had been a problem with them and so there had been a recall on them. not sure what brand they were. We had 2 at our last house for years without any problems so still would like to get one. Does anyone know of anywhere else to get one? Arlec do this one which is similar to what we had. Get the sparky to install a separate sensor in place of your ceiling fitting and to wire in a new light point from that to your choice of position - now you have freedom, any light fitting.
