Browse Forums Lighting + Lighting Design 1 Jul 27, 2009 1:09 pm Hi there, We went out for our light fittings on the weekend. Have finalised almost every fitting required. The 2 that we could not decide were one each for Formal Lounge room and Formal dining room. We want something modern and are not fussed whether it is pendant or fixed on the ceiling. After blowing our budget on almost everything, we can only afford to spend a max of $500 on both. Just an idea - Our Lounge is Black Leather and dining table 'will be' glass with white(or black) leather chairs. Also, we want to go for same light fitting in the areas as it is open plan. Any suggestions/ideas to help us will be gratefully appreciated. Just for information we are in North west Sydney. The one for meals is something similar to one that we liked, only trouble was it did not emit or allow any white light globes. We are looking for natural white light as opposed to yellow light. Did visit the local becon light store, did not find anything that appealed..these days spending time looking at online shops. Thanks once again for the pics.. Re: Fitting for Formal Lounge and Dining 5Jul 28, 2009 6:23 pm the one you like is great it also comes in different sizes and is very reasonable in price the one shown was only 279 from Dynamic lighting I thought they looked much more expensive so I was pleasantly suprised Good Luck with it all https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=19655 FINALLY slab down 5th SEPT Oct 16 Bricking/ plaster starting Dec 1 Painting started END OF CONTRACT IS UP SOON HURRY UP AND FINISH MY HOME..... countdown to 27th Feb.
