Insulguard Cavity Shield https://insulguardinsulation.com.au/cavity-shield/ looks to be the easiest in terms of a retrofit.
I was intending to get this done however COVID-19 got in the way.

Ah yes, I've heard of this. Although I think I read somewhere else on here that the air gap in the cavity is really important for insulation, and filling it creates a thermal bridge between the inside and outside, which can be counterintuitive? Have you heard anything about that?
