Hi all, hope someone can help, just wondering if I should be concerned about my neighbours shed thats right up next to my fence. Pretty sure its made of asbestos, but I'm not sure if this broken board considered exposed and harmful. If it's dangerous, is there anything I can do? Any help is appreciated.

What you are looking at is fibrous plaster, true gypsum, it is cast on horizontal beds with fibers included to give strength. I has no Asbestos in it. Houses before 1985…
