Hills district Reno

Hi I'm a newbie here for some constructive advice.
We're a family of four with a small brick veneer on a gentle slope 700 sqm block. Current arrangement comprises of 3 beds with a study and entertainment over a one car garage on the lower side of the house (split levels).

Reno would be adding an extra floor for new 3 bedrooms -one being the master with ensuite, others would be singles with built-in. One extra toilet on the upper level.

Downstairs would be converted into new kitchen, old bathroom will be refurbished, new toilet, family area, study, lounge. Apart from the toilet, bathroom and kitchen that involve extensive renovation. Remaining rooms will be quick job of new linings and windows would suit upstairs.

House will be rendered, if feasible we'd like to have the entire place or most of it in aluminum wall framing.

With that scope of works in mind, I'm after the following

1. Architect cost - da approval and architectural plans
2. Architect/builder recommendation in the hills district
3. Rough estimate for the build

Engineering and site management will be done by me

Thanks in advance for your input.
