Finding a legitimate builder is easy, but you should be careful with possible scams and fakes. Another thing that complicates the process of getting a legit builder is working with an employee from the builder, and not the actual builder. You should be aware if you are indeed working directly with one or just a representative of the company, or someone working under the builder. Directly communicating with one makes the process easier and communication about your home build faster and more accurate.
