Its an old QLDer style (not highset, but balcony all round) and we would like to make it modern inside with open living areas etc. I am having trouble finding a 'professional' who can help with general design, on what is selling in the market etc. I have an architect, but is there a profession that can help with floorplan 'ideas'?
