We have just bought a property from 1970 (fibro house). It has 5 bed, 2 bath and a combined laundry and WC. I am planning to renovate as kitchen and bathrooms are in its original condition. I can deal with Asbestos removal, However, i am bit nervous as renovating might expose structural or termite issues.
Wanted to know if someone is willing to share their experience
