But, I think my main bedroom is going to be too small and the en-suite way too big so want to shave off 40cm from the bathroom and add to the bedroom. Do the plans need to be drawn up again by the architect or can the builder just build the wall 40cm across? If i know I shouldn’t need new plans just to move an internal wall a little across, then im more prepared to discuss an additional charge if im told there will be one. If new plans are needed then so be it but if it can just be done by the builder when he marks his lines then there should be no additional charge. I have a home gym at home.
