Old Home Restoration / Renovation

We are looking to sand/polish our floorboards which have been hidden under carpet. I am told that we need to know if they are Baltic Pine or Radiata species and I have no idea! We need to source some spares for the damaged areas.
The house was built in 1976 and floorboards used throughout (even though it was completely carpeted). Has anyone got any tips or tricks to help us identify them? Photo attached.
