How do I in here paste an image? Or an attachment?

I have hit print screen from pdf placed in powerpoint cropped the image and now want to paste??

You can't paste an image in here you will have to use an image hosting website such as www.imageshack.com, upload the photos into there and copy the URL into here that's right isn't it
