Browse Forums Flooring & Floor Covering 1 May 19, 2020 11:41 pm I got SPC Hybrid floor which is water proof installed. The issue is it scraches easily. Is there a laminate or SPC flooring that is extremely scratch resistant to the extent being called almost scratch proof. I also find the colours of Laninate floor more bright and better looking than SPC. Is that just me? Are all AC4 laminate very scratch resistant ? I need flooring which will last me 20 years no issues and dosent get scratched easily. One of the reasons why I looked at this type of flooring is due to its scratch resistant nature. I took a sample home and went at it with a stanley knife - no issues. He used SPC hybrid floor for his own place which is somewhat reassuring. I'm still not super keen on laminate. On paper, I'm not sure I could find pros over the hybrid. I also don't like the clucking sound that comes from walking on laminate. That's just my preference though. Good luck! Hi all Am new to this forum.
