Need recommendation of laminate flooring

Hi all,

I am building a double story which requires laminate flooring for roughly 254.5 square meters.

Any recommendation?

My allowance is around 18k at this stage, water proof, scratch resistant and less noisy are must-have.

Was thinking about quick step, but the quote I got is way too high and just saw quite a lot of negative online reviews .
