We’ve been quoted around $9000 for a local company to sand and finish about 120m2 if flooring in a house we’re renovating. I’m told it will take 3 guys about 5 days to complete the job. Having never done this before I don’t know if this quote is good or bad, or what to look out for with this.
We’re in a regional area do choice of tradies is slim, and there’s about 30min each way travel time included.
