Thanks Re: New build - GJ Gardner 2May 06, 2017 8:56 am We havent started building yet but considered getting these. My husband was keen on getting the wood look whereas I wanted concrete. The price also was quite expensive. We ended up compromising and I think this tile has a good mix of both (looks a bit like wood looks a bit like concrete) and without looking like its pretending to be either. Also it was within our tile budget (under $30/m). Its Kimgress cargo beige matt Re: New build - GJ Gardner 3May 06, 2017 9:02 am We are also getting these for exterior. They are also quite cheap in the wood-look range and they have a lot more options in terms of colour. They are called timberland natural but they have a lot of colour options. also under $30 a metre for these Re: New build - GJ Gardner 4May 06, 2017 11:26 am eirrac We are also getting these for exterior. I think most tile companies can get the same tiles though. I had a look at www.tilestonepaver.com.au and found tiles I liked, we also went to the show room and compared them in real life. Once we were happy we asked if the tile company from GJ could get the same tiles which they could. May I ask why you chose not to use GJ Gardiner? I'm actually meeting with one of the sales guys tomorrow for an appointment. Definitely not signing anything yet… 3 13251 Thank you so much everyone. This all makes a lot of sense. I guess when you talk to a builder who butters up everything to look very polished, you get to start believing… 7 17598 |
