Some are black spots, oil like stains and dry paint. we tried couple of products from bunnings and woolies but nothing seems to be working I even tried paint stripper and thinner it works with some of them but majority stays there. If that does not work then hire a professional natural stone specialist. I know your tile are polished porcelain but natural stone experts are better then your regular tile cleaners.
