The level is within 3mm per 1.5m as recommended by flooring guides, so not packing. Are you able to specify the fasteners? In your photo are the items below battens for packing/levelling or for reducing moisture into timber flooring? Thx. Gives you the opportunity to level. Of course, if you just glue the batten to the concrete, that defeats that advantage. It has the spring of traditional joist installation. arcadelt AKB We liquid nail the Battons I've always wondered what the effective life of an adhesive was? I'm not confident with the life of liquid nails. They crack as they age. However the T&G are nailed to battens it's unlikely to cause any issues if the battens separate from the concrete. I'll look into different shower heads and ask the plumber about some engineering and see what he says.
