Hi

we are currently building and trying to determine what we use upstairs, we are trying to avoid carpet as my children have bad asthma, so was thinking of putting vinyl floor parquet blonde oak which is about 150sqm of it? Has anyone used it and does it look good or does it look cheap

with downstairs looking at using boral hardwood...what are peoples thoughts on the wear and tear of that etc/..approx. 170sqm of it

Any help would be great
