Browse Forums Flooring & Floor Covering 1 Jan 13, 2016 4:00 am Hey all, We are putting carpet and vinyl planks in our new house. We’ve got a really good quote from a large chain in Adelaide. I’ve just found out they want full payment 24hrs before the install. Is this normal practice?? I’d think you’d be mad to pay in full as there’s no come back if the install is no good. We normally do payment of installation 1 week from the installation date and full payment on products prior to even booking the installation - it shows us the customer is serious and it enables us to secure stock. 1 16027 Hi Kristy Around $1.7-1.8m or around $4,600/sqm. if you PM me your email I will send you a break up in a spreadsheet so you can get an understanding of the costs for… 1 12021 I need to replace the worn mohair seal on my sliding window, but I can't get access to the end to slide the old one out & push the new one in.
