Hi guys,
i are trying to decide on floating floors for downstairs. I think we are set on vinyl planks, but i just want to make sure we haven't missed anything.
Basically it will cover all of downstairs - kitchen, dining, living and rumpus. It is all currently tiled so i just want to lay flooring over the top. We have a 1 year old child and a 2nd in coming years!
We have spoken to many shops, and done lots of reading on laminate vs timber vs bamboo vs vinyl.
The general advice seems to be go with vinyl as its the toughest, and most water proof so it's good for kitchens, and spills from kids.
While we are generally careful, we don't want to be stressing every time a bit of liquid gets on the floor.
have we missed anything?
i am considering the Masters vinyl planks or the Godfrey hirst planks. Just trying to work out if the price premium for the Godfrey is worth it
thanks in advance
