Flooring for Timber Look tiles

Hi there,

I am building my single storey house in Schofields area of SYDNEY.

I need to get details for flooring cost (Install and supply (if available) ) for nearly 170 sqm in house living area + 13.8sqm alfresco area.

If you please guide me for below information

- Labour cost per sqm
- Total tiling cost choices as below
1. Timber look ceramic tiles
2. Wooden floor
3. 900 x 900 ceramic / porcelain tiles.
