So, my house is finished and I am still yet to decide on vinyl floors.
First off colours. So far these are my favourite 3, but I've just picked up white oak sample from karndean also
Yet to compare it in the new house, but it is pretty white.
I would like to hear other's opinions. I am after a 'light and airy' appearance house but don't want it to look like a hospital.
The next option is the thicker 5mm+ planks over the 2mm planks. I have had different advice at two flooring stores. One saying the thinner glue down is superior and the other saying the 5mm+ planks are (and he did still suggest to glue them but its a tacky glue that still allows easy replacement).
In my opinion I like the idea of the thicker planks because.
1. Softer on foot
2. Better sound absorption
3. Can be installed without screeding the floor
4. I feel like after watching a few install videos I could easily install these myself

Sorry I can't help re the different types! I think the middle one goes best with the cabinet/laminate colour it is against. They're all pretty similar and all beautiful
