I am not sure if I should get a tiler in after my house is built or get the builders to include tiling in the contact... I have approx 180m2 of floor to be tiled and I dont know which would give the better quality and price. So for example if you choose a 30x30cm tile, that's $36 per sqm me, the total cost will be $76 per sqm to get it into your home and be happy.
