Basically I have 2 cupboards built in on either side of my fireplace. Im about to start laying the laminate floorboards & dont want to put quad on my nice built-in cupboards to hide expansion gap. Someone suggested using a c-channel? but will this give the boards room to expand? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
