My wife and I are looking at having engineered timber flooring laid in our new house (NOR Perth), and would be interested in getting some thoughts / recommendation on local suppliers?
At the moment, we are liking NSW Blackbutt and would prefer a floating installation, however I have just been told that if its installed as a floating floor it cannot be sanded? Can anyone shed any light on this?

I am looking at TOC in Joondalup too - so far very impressed with Kevin and we are looking at Blackbutt or Spotted Gum. I believe TBrown - who is on the forum and built in Burns Beach - has Spotted Gum and recommends TOC highly.
