Re: where to buy felt protectors for furniture on timber floor 3Jun 21, 2008 8:56 pm Yes Bunnings have them in the knobs and knockers section or there about. The trouble is they don’t stock large sheets of felt; I ended up buying it from a material shop in their craft section. This was for larger feet as in lounge furniture and dining table etc. Re: where to buy felt protectors for furniture on timber floor 4Jun 21, 2008 8:59 pm Quote: knobs and knockers ok ill ask for that section hehe last time I got felt with one stickyside from cost plus not sure if costplus is only WA..it was all bright colours though Re: where to buy felt protectors for furniture on timber floor 5Jun 21, 2008 9:07 pm I bought A4 size sheets from the craft section, might have been spotlight, I can’t recall at the moment, it was in black with the sticky backing. Bunnings sell the discs, and rolls of felt which is great for small things like chair legs etc. Engineering timber is certainly a less fuss option, times cheaper to supply and install and better withstands humidity. 1 15934 The most likely cause of your timber swelling (parquetry?) is either a plumbing leak or carelessly leaving water on floors after use or both.
