Browse Forums Flooring & Floor Covering 1 Oct 28, 2014 7:23 pm Hi all, long time lurker first time poster! We are replacing carpet in our lounge and bedrooms and I'm confused with the colour choice! Our walls are 1/2 hogs bristle with 1/4 hogs bristle trim and blinds creamy white. We don't get a lot of natural light in our lounge room so I'm not keen on going too dark a colour and am trying to keep things fresh looking. I've been looking at taupe/browny colours but am unsure....it's overwhelming trying to choose! I've been looking at the smartstrand classic range, any thoughts/opinions are welcome! Thanks in advance! Re: Carpet colour help 2Oct 28, 2014 8:15 pm I love the taupey light colours. That is what we have in a sisal and it is so easy to style no matter what colour scheme we choose to do.
