Browse Forums Flooring & Floor Covering 1 Aug 27, 2014 10:04 am I'm hoping somebody has some experience with this. I've fallen in love with a particular Quick Step colour and it's in the Eligna range. It's already stretching us budget wise to have laminate put in at all but I can't stand looking at the slate any more Anyway, I've also found a couple I really like in the classic range and it's a lot cheaper but is the quality OK? It's still a Quick Step product so I would assume it is but I can't find anyone in real life who has used it. Re: Quick Step Classic? 2Sep 02, 2014 8:01 pm I sell both those ranges at Carpet Court. Both are good quality and hard wearing. The only real thing you need to careful of is too much water..... NO STEAM MOPS on these floating floors. Do that and your good! I love the quick step Moonlight Oak Light, however the floor layer and a few flooring places have advised against a 7mm flooring. I have also heard the classic range is not as durable/water resistant??? There are a coupe of colours I don't mind in the Eligna range, but I much prefer the classic one.. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.
