Long time lurker, first time poster.
My wife and I are in the final stages of building our house and are still trying to decide which way to go with timber floors. My heart (and head) say solid timber on a 12mm ply however I "found" Big river timbers Armourfloor. Has anyone had any experience with this product (good and bad) that they could please share.

Quiet a few people have "sought" 12 mm ply. It makes sense to me since 12 mm ply + 12 mm floorboards makes an achievable height to balance with carpet.
We need 28 mm secret nail fasteners so we can use 12 mm ply and something like Boral's Slimwood or Silkwood.
