Browse Forums Flooring & Floor Covering 1 Aug 13, 2014 11:33 pm Hi all I am in the process of getting our home built. Plans are about to go to council, but I need to work out what exact flooring I'm looking at. We don't want any carpet in the house, cause i find it frustrating to clean, plus being a asthmatic - carpet is no good. I was wanting to get away from tiles as they are so cold in winter and also, I HATE grout with a passion. So we have been looking at timber look flooring. I was initially going to go with the laminate timber panels that click in to each other, but after doing some googling and reading reviews it sounds like these tend to be more of a nightmare.. So now i'm thinking Vinyl? but i'm concerned they will be very pricey. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated Re: Flooring Options 2Aug 15, 2014 10:46 pm We have the click together boards.
