Browse Forums Flooring & Floor Covering 1 Feb 06, 2010 6:41 pm Hi, can anyone recommendation where to buy cheap floor tiles in Sydney?? (i really wanted polished concrete but body corporate won't let us) We probably don’t want to spend any more than $60 per sq meter on the tiles, so the cheaper they are the better quality tile I can buy Cheers!! Re: Where to buy tiles? - Sydney 2Feb 06, 2010 10:25 pm Nic $60sqm will get you a good qulity tile no dramas. Adecent 60x60 polished porcelain starts around $low $30's a sqm. But really depends on the look and type of material you are after. We got glass splashback tiles from that section for less than 1/2 price. I will be going back to see what's available for after the handover ... Also, don't foget H. Norman and the like. You can sometimes come across discontinued lines ... you never know your luck ... Or even try Auction houses (like Lawson's at Wetherill Park). My signature is distracting people from my wise posts ... Re: Where to buy tiles? - Sydney 6Feb 08, 2010 8:59 am Hi, We have a tile display in Yagoona. We are builders who sell tiles to our clients at wholesale prices. We also have a maintenance division that looks after Strata work and you have to be cereful which tiles you use as some might need to be slip resistant. If you are interested please email me on anthony@classicquarters.com.au and I can see if we can help you. First big tile warehouse in LANSVALE, Its on the left hand side on Elizabeth drive heading towards liverpool, just past the car yards. Second another tile place on Hume Highway Casula. It is also on the left past liverpool. I would highly recommend second place. They have all sorts of tiles for VERY reasonable prices. Make sure you try to bring the price down. i remeber we got tiles for $40 which was advertised for 50... Good luck!!!!!
