Browse Forums Flooring & Floor Covering 1 Jun 20, 2013 2:55 pm Hi, I'm looking at re-carpeting my apartment and have found that Western Distributors in Sunshine is one of the popular ones in Victoria. Has anyone tried Online Carpet? or are there any other better stores? I'm also a newbie when it comes to carpet and I'm hoping for some recommendations as there are so many kinds out there. I'm looking at a basic range (around $30 per meter sq) -- may I know which brand/type that I should be looking at? thanks in advance! (Especially cut pile carpet) Ask the sales person about the possibility of PERMANENT PILE REVERSAL with the carpet that you are considering purchasing. This is a "fault" in some carpets, no matter what the price that is not covered under the carpet warranty. You can be left with a very expensive investment and looks absolutely shocking.
