Browse Forums Flooring & Floor Covering 1 May 01, 2013 5:34 pm Hi guys, I'm curious to know what the average price is per m2 to lay laminate flooring? We have 111m2 to be laid and have been quoted $25 per m2 for labour only and that was the cash price, plus an additional $150 to fit the skirtings. We are supplying the laminate, underlay and skirtings. Thanks, Amy Re: How much per m2 to lay laminate? 2May 01, 2013 6:34 pm Where abouts are you ? It can have a bearing. If you are paying the installers directly though, it would be perhaps deemed a little on the high side if it were the eastern capital cities. There is approx 110m2. Cost was my time as the "labourer" and what I paid my chippy. Our cost was approx $900. Skirtings were done later, but in the same cost region.
