Browse Forums Flooring & Floor Covering 1 Feb 02, 2013 7:39 pm Hi all I am after some advice on which direction to lay my timber flooring. We are using the Vintage Natural boards from HN. I am not quite sure which way to lay it at the top section of the T on our hallway and also in the kitchen (on the left of the plan) We have double cavity sliders which will be open more than closed so I need to work out how to flow the floor in to that area. Would love to see how it turns out for you. We love the board and have high hopes for it! We will be laying ours vertically/longways the length of the corridor and matching that throughout (if that makes sense?!) Assuming you've modelled the TB8, TB10, TB12, TB2 & J1 joists/LVLs there, it appears as per drawing to me. There maybe should be an additional J1 between TB10 and T12 if… 3 31813 Pls help!
