HomeRabbit Re: Interior Designing Using Rugs 3Sep 17, 2006 3:57 pm eugenekirmani Can anyone provide me information related to home rugs. I would love to help you but I will need more information from you. Where is the rug going? (Which room) The amount of traffic on the rug (people walking on it) … The surface you will be putting it on…carpet, tiles or timber? It all counts for a successful rug purchase! Thanks for reply. i wanna rugs for my drawing room and bed room. The amount of traffic who walk on rugs will be from 6-7 people on daily basis. I have checked following site for rugs: http://www.naturalhomerugs.com/ plz chk and tell me should i buy rugs from this site. $~Eugene~$ Re: Interior Designing Using Rugs 5Sep 19, 2006 3:00 pm Any reason why you are buying from an American web site when you can pick up GREAT rugs
At Carpet Court and other carpet suppliers here in Australia? Do you know you can have a rug made from carpet, they will cut to your size and over lock the carpet square to finish it off, and they look great! I have a 4 x 5 mt carpet square made from a beautiful nylon carpet which cost me less than if I was to by one that size. The site looks OK, but I would look around locally if I were you so you can SEE and FEEL what you are buying! I personally think you should go with a GOOD quality Nylon Rug. They are easy to clean, and very durable, I have 3 myself, and they have held up well in a high traffic zone of my house. Colour will be up to you… but if you have that many people walking on the rug per day I would look at a mid to dark tone in colour so its hides the dirt. Hope I have helped! Then provide me the site which can provide these rugs. $~Eugene~$ Re: Interior Designing Using Rugs 7Sep 20, 2006 9:37 pm I’m afraid you may have to go to the carpet stores.
It will be much easier to pick one if you can see it. I don’t know which state you live in so I’m not sure what’s available for you. Below is a link to Carpet Court, although I don’t think it will be too useful. As they all keep their own supply of rugs independently. Otherwise if you are looking to Google search for a rug, do it from Australia. www.carpetcourt.com.au Internal and External Building and Colour Consultant Online - Worldwide http://www.denovoconcepts.com Always handy to have the facts on hand when relying on agents advice, a lot of times sale agents advice is only good anecdotally, and when you actually dive deeper it's… 33 52661 Broker here - legislation says that every true broker must put the clients best interests before theirs so in theory they must offer you the best options for you on their… 2 46012 0 2020 |
