Just wondering how difficult it is to lay laminate yourself? Our house has laminate throughout it done by the previous owners except the living room and the bedrooms. We want to extend the laminate to the living room as the carpet has gotten grotty from the kids. The room isn't huge probably about 16m2 all up or so. We're on a tight budget so trying to work out if it is worth trying ourselves or not.
Also does anyone know how much I would expect to pay for the laminate floorboards for a room that size? I assume we have just average quality ones in the rest of the house so not looking at super expensive stuff. The livign room will have a rug covering most of it so not worried too much about wear and tear either.
Thanks in advance!
