Browse Forums Flooring & Floor Covering 1 May 20, 2012 10:24 am Hi all we have a chance to get 70m2 of boral silkwood timber engineered 133 X 15 X 2400mm Jarrah for 5k works out to be $72/m2. I rang around and got some quotes for the exact stuff at 2 large flooring chains and was quoted 150 and 140. So it looks like we are getting a great deal. I have inspected the goods and its the real deal. However my wife was looking on ebay and found this http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Boral-silkwo ... 231d55c8b8 we are wondering, why is the ebay one soooo cheap? Is it a matter if you get what you pay for? Should we just get the jarrah one? We are aware that jarrah is not the most hardness of woods. cheers!
