Although we upgraded tapware,paint (extra coat),we,ve got insulation everywhere and sizalation (hubby insisted on it!) ....we loved their standard kitchen although we have added quite a few overhead cupboards and a pot draw. What sort of airconditioning are you having? We are still trying to decide on that at the moment.At Mount Compass,heating is probably more of an issue than cooling and we love wood fires,we will have one of those downstairs...
